Candour obliges us to say: the work is done by outside model providers, and when one of them falters, the affected model falters here as well. For that reason we promise no fixed percentage of uptime. The remedy is already built into the house: a commission that fails returns its credits to your balance automatically. Downtime never costs you. Maintenance, when it must happen, is kept brief and scheduled for quiet hours.
