Terms of Engagement

Every studio has its terms; these are ours, last revised 2026-07-24. Framyth is an editorial studio built on the work of third-party AI models. You purchase credits in advance, and each frame you commission is priced clearly before the work begins — the price quoted at that moment is the price you pay. On credits: they form a prepaid balance rather than money, cannot be transferred, and never expire. Should a generation fail, its credits return to your balance of their own accord. On conduct: the studio may not be used for unlawful work, for material that tramples another's rights, or in defiance of the policies set by the model providers themselves. We reserve the right to close accounts that do. On authorship: the pieces you create are yours, insofar as the underlying providers allow, and their use in the world is your affair. On candour: we depend on outside providers, so the service is offered as is, without promises of uninterrupted hours. Rates per model may change between visits.
